I think my iPhone SE has possibly been hacked

I think my Apple SE 2020 phone has be hacked.

At times throughout the day a new tab will open in safari which is not one I have opened.

Is there a way to fix this?

If you are running iOS 16.0.3, you haven't jailbroken your iPhone, and you have a strong Apple ID password that you haven't shared then you are not hacked.

Some links in emails and some apps will open new tabs in Safari.
