I want to change my Apple ID region

I would like to change my region on my iPhone but when I attempt it a message saying that I must cancel all of my subscriptions. I have already cancel my subscription but still I could not change my region. Do I have to wait until all of the subscriptions expires? I cancel Apple TV, Apple Music, and Apple Arcade. I would like to change the region because in the Bahamas Siri is not working on my Apple TV, so it’s boring. Plus the main this is I can not see me smart home accessor, only my camera. Thanks

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to cancel them. If they won't, yes.
