Hello! The reason I want to remove my store credit is because I moved to another country and I want to change the country of my Apple ID

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the Tunes Store staff to zero it. When done, click here and follow the instructions to change the country.
