Lost or stolen iPhone. Find my shows location with iPhone off or out of battery life. What apple support number can I call to get the last location before the battery was turned off or went dead?

My iPhone was lost or stolen. The phone on find my shows that the iPhone is either turned off or out of battery power. I attempted to mark it as lost, but that action is still pending after 3 days, the shown location has not changed. According to find my instructions, the phone sends a last signal of it’s location to apple before the battery runs out. How do I contact Apple to get that location when it ran out of battery?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You’re right. I talked to Apple since this post. They do not get a last location just prior to battery shutting off. I got that from My IPhone for Seniors book, but it isn’t true. Apple support did say that my lost phone was placed in lost mode, but my find it app shows that as pending as of the time that I attempted to place it in lost mode, and the Apple rep did not know if that info on her screen just reflected my attempt to place it in lost mode or that it actually got put in lost mode prior to the loss of battery power. If power is restored, it is then supposed to put it in lost mode immediately. The only problem is that it has to be connected to Wi-Fi before find my can function again, and whoever has it won’t be able to connect it to Wi-Fi because T-Mobile deactivated cellular data in order to assign the phone number to my old iPhone. Of coarse, I wasn’t told of the deactivation until after it had been done. Live and learn through the school of hard knocks. Thanks for your reply. It confirms what Apple support told me.
