Have you simply tried going trough the online Apple Store's purchasing a new iPhone process? One of the first steps will ask you if you have an iPhone to trade in. Answering a few questions results in a pre-evaluation trade-in value.

Alternately, you can visit your local Apple Store, and have them evaluate your current phone there.
