iPhone unavailable without any tray again...

I haven't forgotten my password, I just need the phone to give me a chance to enter it. Who can help me? it is very important for me that all data does not disappear.

It’s too late. Your only option at this point is to erase and restore the phone.

Anything that was not already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.
