You can if that feature is available on your iPhone.

iPhone Models Supporting Two Physical Nano-SIMs

Due to government regulations, iPhones manufactured in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau are the only models that let you use two physical nano-SIMs. Below are the iPhone models manufactured for these regions that allow such usage:

iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, or iPhone 13 Pro Max
iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, or iPhone 12 Pro Max
iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, or iPhone 11 Pro Max
iPhone XS Max
iPhone XR

If you do not have one an iPhone manufactured for the above regions then the above models have one Physical SIM and one eSIM. The new iPhone 14 models have 2 eSIMs (No Physical SIM) in the US region models. All other region iPhone 14 models have one physical SIM and one eSIM.
