Battery health and replacement

I have an iPhone 8 with an iOS16 update and 77% battery health.It is used heavly since it was bought when it came out.I want to know if I replace the battery in the apple autorized repair shop here in my country for 45€ will the battery performance change and will it stop draining soo fast?

I want to know if the performance would be the same after changing the battery I won’t do anything then, I suppose CPU can’t handle these newer updates…

If you have the battery replaced by Apple or an authorized service provider, it should fix your problem. The iPhone 8 runs perfectly fine on iOS 16.
