macbook pro battery charging issue

My Macbook pro is not charging even with power adopter connected and its keep on draining with working , when it went power off completeley i need to do smc reset by pressing shift + control+option and start opening my system

in order to charge it only charges on sleep mode slowly whole night , so that next i can use but the system battery charging keep on draining even with adopter power connected , it wont charge instead it get draining till it goes shutdown, continuously this is repeating again and again please help even service centre could not given any complete solution for this kindly help
