Hi apple support I have a question, if I buy an iPhone 14 can I use it in a different country? I have an account but if I wanted to use the phonon a different country can I change the number on the phone? Thank you for your time
Be aware that some iPhone 14 models, such as the units sold in the United States, ONLY use eSIM’s. The carrier’s in the destination country MUST support an eSIM or a U.S. iPhone 14 will not work.
For example, China is a country that does not support eSIM’s. And even if there are carriers that support eSIM’s, it may not be all carriers, which limits your selections.
Check if the country where you purchase the iPhone 14 has models with a SIM tray, or ONLY eSIM. And if ONLY eSIM, if the carrier you want to use supports the eSIM.

We’re not Apple support, we’re other users like you. An unlocked iPhone can be used elsewhere, yes. One consideration: Apple warranty is not world-wide, and Apple can choose whether to repair in countries other than the country where the iPhone was purchased. Another consideration: the US iPhone 14 is eSIM only.
