Future option to launch Fitness+ session from Apple TV without Watch?

Will there be an option to launch an Apple TV Fitness+ session without the watch, or is this new feature going to remain only on iPhone/iPad? I use the Apple TV almost exclusively, so I'm hopeful that the non-watch option becomes available there too.
