Apple Watch 7 new icon

My Apple Watch Series 7 now has a small icon top middle that’s a head and top torso (in purple in the image). Not sure what this is supposed to indicate. Only showed up since newest update. Any ideas?

According to The Apple Watch status icons:

Personal Focus is turned on. Use Focus on Apple Watch.
