When I try to log in to my recently redesigned bank website, I keep getting a prove you are not a robot. Each time I check all the pictures and it takes me back to submit it recycles me back to the robot box. I've checked with the bank web people and they can't figure it out. ??? Help.

Try both. If the bank's website still does not work the bank needs to fix it.
