MacBook Air frozen, blinking computer side view and Apple support website

My MacBook Air froze, mouse didn’t work. I held down the power button to restart. Mouse and keyboard still not working on sign in page. Restarted again, now black screen with a white side view of a computer and another image blinking back a forth, with Apple support website.

where do I go from here?

Mac completely frozen Hello, i have encountered a problem. Turned on my Mac, built in keyboard didn’t work to type password. Cursor with built in track pad is also completely frozen. When I reset it, I get this screen (pictured) every time but I can’t do anything because keyboard and cursor are frozen. Any ideas on what to do?

MacBook Air freezes after the lid is closed Hi, It's has been 3 weeks that whenever I close the lid, the screen always gets stuck once I open it again. The track pad, keyboard and mouse all became frozen. The computer became totally unresponsive unless I turn off the power. I've tried safe mode and had the same issue. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Can you post a picture of the screen you see? Does it look like any of the screens here? What year is your Mac?

Try starting in macOS Recovery (CMD + R). If it doesn't work, try Internet Recovery (CMD + OPT + R).

It means your keyboard and mouse aren't connecting properly. Do you have an external wired keyboard/mouse you can troubleshoot with?
