How to Update your iPhone Not Via WiFI:
A. Cellular:
See my User Tip: Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular - User Tip
B. Ethernet on a Computer:
You can update on a computer though use Ethernet. You might want to be a bit careful about using Cellular, as lots of data would be consumed --so be cautious of that, if you don't have unlimited data.  Learn More here: Back up iPhone - Apple Support
Back Up First:
IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update.

Assuming that your carrier is delivering a 5G signal to your house, you would need an iPhone 12, iPhone 13 or iPhone 14 to be able to update the software using a cellular connection.
If you have an unlimited data plan with your carrier, that would really help as well, since the update will burn through a lot of data.
