Safari stopps loading webpage

from time to time, safari refuses to load any webpage. Firefox looads without problems. Only help is restart the mac. what is this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Sometimes third-party (non-Apple) apps can interfere with the smooth operation of Mac.

Eg: try turning off / uninstalling / unnecessary virus-checkers, ad-blockers etc.)
