Guided access isn’t working.

No matter what I do, restart, reset, change. Nothing pops up when I click 3 times.

Are you sure that you have Guided Access setup correctly. Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support What are you trying to click 3 times to access?
