Hi,
Once submitted, whether with Apple Support or on RAP, the refund request cannot be cancelled. You should receive an update via email within 48 hrs from RAP with details regarding the status of your refund.
If the refund request was for a subscription renewal, within 48 hrs you should also be able to resubscribe, in Subscription Settings, if needed.
