Can I transfer my music files from my iPhone Max Pro to a thumb Drive , so I can listen to my music in my car?
How do I go about it?

Hello there,
If you are talking about moving music files, as in music you have made in some sort of app, it can absolutely be moved to an external hard drive or flash drive using the Files app. You will need this adapter: Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter - Apple, as some USB devices need more power than the phone or iPad can provide.
If you are talking about moving music from your Apple Music subscription, then no.
