Want to be able to look up past orders - as in really old, specifically 10-April 2011. May I please?

Look up your order.
Enter the order number and the billing information you used to place your order. If your order was placed more than 18 months ago, call 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE and speak with a Specialist.
