iMessage

Hi! I just ported in my number (prepaid) today and right now I can’t get my iMessage activated. It keeps on verifying then says that it is unsuccessful. Already power cycle the device, do Network Reset Settings and updated iOS to it’s latest version. Anything else that I can do?
