How to reset App Store Balance to 0.00

I need to make my balance in apple id to 0.00 to change the regions i need to reset my balance.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
