Payment issues

Hi. There was a problem with me trying to change my card settings before the date the money for space was meant to be taken off. And Apple was not allowing my card I initially had on did not have sufficient funds apparently every time Apple tried to take the R45 it wasn’t working and they took 5 every time , twice in a day even that the total added up to R70 , which I need a refund with asap. Please 

I put my current card details on
