My nephew accidentally erased my phone

Hi this is Aleah miller my nephew erased my whole entire phone and I just wanna know how can I get everything back

By restoring data from a backup created before your nephew erased your device:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup. No backup = No recovery (except data eventually synced to iCloud), sorry.
