Can’t I purchase with a Verve card

I don’t have a visa or master card to purchase a product on the apple play store, having just a verve card

It’s frustrating how you need a card on file to download apps I’m 15 and don’t have much money on my card and when I don’t have a certain amount my card is not valid so when I try to download apps, it does not work and I have to download apps for my plane ride.
