my homepod is not working correctly, its on a different wifi then my iphone

You should only have a single active Wi-Fi network in your home. That should be only network visible locally for which your iPhone has the connection credentials. If needs be reset your HomePod to set it up again. See Reset HomePod - Apple Support.
