My wife just got the iPhone SE and selected to load all her previous messages from her Samsung. Now on personal conversations all messages are gone and it shows a loading icon, and any new messages disappear within seconds. We tried resetting, turning off iMessage and turning the phone off, signing out, etc and nothing is working. Please let us know how to fix this

When you say that she selected to load previous messages from the Samsung, was this done using the Move to iOS app when initially moving content from the Samsung? Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

So you are saying that iMessages or SMS that you receive are disappearing soon after receipt? If you go to Settings>Messages>iMessage, is that turned on? Have you tried a Force Restart on the iPhone? Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Correct, we used that app, but now even new messages are disappearing within seconds which I believe is a separate issue unrelated to that app.
