I just purchased a new iPhone SE. I intend to transfer my data from my old iPhone 7 onto it. Will my voice memos transfer? I have lots of important recordings on there that I don't want to be erased during the transfer.

Check Settings > [your Apple ID] > iCloud > Voice Memos and be certain it’s “on”.
That should house your voice memos there, so they will be available to you on all Apple devices where you sign in.
