How can I continue a paused iOS update?

This happens to probably most of us at least once. :)

Anyway, try to

[1] Turn off all network connections, wait a minute or two and turn it all back on - see if it resumes update.

[2] Reboot the iPhone

[3] Reboot your WiFi access points
