App Store account problems

I receive the following message when trying to dowload apps from the App Store: "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes."

What do I need to do to restore my account?

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
