Buying an iPad Air

Hello. Im trying to buy an iPad Air with the student discount. I found out I've been charged with a gift card of $100. I want to know why I've been charged with that and what benefits do I get.

Apple Education Gift Card I got an apple education gift card after buying a macbook from apple. I then bought and ipad air and a pencil with it a few weeks later. When finalizing my ipad purchase the total was near $900, I used the $200 gift card and It said It would be near $700. 3 days after buying it, Apple charged me $750 thats how much it should have charged me. Now today I got charged an additional $150. Why is that? That brings the total to near $900 that much should not have been charged.

Charged for "promotional" gift card? I'm trying to buy an iPad Pro from the Apple Education Store with Apple's current $100 Gift Card "promotion" and when I try to check out, I get the $100 Education Discount, but then I'm also getting *charged* for the $100 gift card. Will this be refunded to me later or something? I don't even want the gift card if I have to pay for it, but there's no option to remove it from my cart.

Fees I made an app purchase with an Apple gift card for $4.99 and was charged $6.99 plus tax and a $2.99 purchase became $3.99- is there an additional charge for using the card?

You iPad will be charged $100 less. This is how the gift card is "free".

You can call 1-800-MY-APPLE to speak to an Apple Representative that will be able to confirm your order. This is a Community Forum with volunteers that don't have access to that type of information.
