If you forgot your Apple ID password – Apple Support (AU)

If this is not working, you can try and use apples iForgot service

1. Go to iforgot.apple.com.
2. Enter your Apple ID. Did you forget your Apple ID?
3. Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
4. Choose to answer your security questions, receive an email or enter your recovery key.* Find out what to do if you haven't received your verification or reset email. 
5. Follow the onscreen steps to reset your password. 

Hi please follow following steps to reset your Apple ID password

1- Go to appleid.apple.com and click ‘Forgotten your Apple ID or password?’

2- Enter the email address you use with your Apple ID and click continue.

3- You will have to confirm enter the trusted phone number that is associated with your account, then press continue. (In older 4-versions you might need to enter some text to prove you’re not a robot

5- You’ll receive a notification on your Apple devices. On a Mac you will see a message that ‘A password reset request was sent from a device at the location shown below.’ On an iPhone you will see a message that you can ‘Use this iPhone to reset your Password.

6- If you click on the notification on a Mac you will be taken to System Preferences (we didn’t actually see a map at all, incidentally, despite the message above). Click on Reset.

7- On the iPhone you’ll see “Use this phone to reset password”. Click on Allow.

8- Follow the onscreen instructions and you will be able to enter a new password for the account.
