numbers file blank ipad

all of the numbers files on my iPad come up blank. They are ok if I open them on my Mac, but why did they go away on the iPad?

Were they ever on your iPad?

You might want to double-check your settings to make sure your iPad is signed into the same iCloud account as your Mac and that your settings are correct at:

Settings > your name > iCloud switch by iCloud is on and switch by Numbers is on.

Settings > Numbers Document Storage is set to iCloud Drive.
