Re-downloading purchased music from iTunes to a different device
My computer died with my music on it. I just want to download music I already purchased onto a new device directly from iTunes. Can it be done?

Yes. It does not have to be the same device from which the purchases were made, but it has to be authorized to that Apple ID. See steps in here:
