You can add the All... mailbox from the + button in the Favorites Header. Hover over to the right side of it.
If you have Mailbox Behaviors set to keep your Trash on your Mac instead of on the server trash folder, you will see a separate Trash for each account in On My Mac.
Also, for every account, all server folders will be shown under the account header regardless if you put them in Favorites.

So sorry - I wasn't clear about the problem. I suddenly have duplicated folders - like 3 trash and spam folders for each account, several "On My Mac" lists of folders, and no "All Inboxes" folder. I'm not sure how I managed to mess this up, but I would like to reduce the number of folders by having one trash folder, 1 junk folder, etc., for each account. I don't want to lose the contents of the extra folders (the contents are strangely not duplicated) and am afraid just to delete them and their contents. I would like to avoid having this problem in the future as well. Is there a solution?
Not sure what you mean.
My first guess is you want to move messages from one folder to another.
Thank you so much. That helped. Now I am just going to consolidate all the extra folders into one "extras" folder and not worry over them anymore. Thanks, again!
