It is not that you cannot login, it is that the device you are using has been used to create iCloud accounts and has created the number you can do on a single device. You will have to create a new iCloud account on a computer or other device if you wish to use a different one on that device. You have been told the solution. JUST DO IT! None of the other users in this user-to-user forum can do it for you. There is a link in the post you marked as Best Answer that tells you exactly what to do. When you followed the link in that post what did you see? As a reminder, a link on a web page is a way to open a new page with additional information.
