You can, but you need to make room for the installation. Its telling you right there it needs 5.48GB of free storage space, which leads me to believe your iPhone does not have that amount of storage space available.

Go to Settings->General->iPhone Storage and see how much free space you have. Then delete some content to make room for the update.
