My Apple Watch has started talking to me. How do I turn off that feature?
When I touch the screen, a voice announces the time, or says things like, "button." How do I turn that off?

Sounds like you have activated VoiceOver. On your iPhone, go to the Watch app, then Accessibility>VoiceOver. If that is turned on, turn it off.
