How to factory reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Please remember that you may need to scroll down to display additional information and settings that may not appear when you initially open a window.

For example, when you go Home Screen > Settings > General, you will likely need to scroll down to find the Transfer or Reset option.
