unexpected contacts appear

After receiving spam emails I noticed unexpected contacts. any ideas about how to prevent this? I didn't open the emails.

Mail from contacts and VIPs going to spam folder How do I prevent any incoming mail where the sender is either in my contacts, a VIP, or both from going into my junk/spam folder? Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

If you have a corporate email account added through a profile on your device, please check with your organisation's system administrator.
