Can't Update No Internet?
I can't update my apple watch because every time i try to do it my phone says that i'm not connected to the internet and i am just setting up the watch for the first time as well

Please be sure that your iPhone is indeed connected to a Wi-Fi network and not a cellular hotspot. Also, if you have any VPN or security software, please temporarily uninstall it, restart your iPhone and test the pairing/update process again for your Apple Watch.
You’ll want to be sure your iPhone has iOS 15.5. installed from Settings > General > Software Update.
