I accidentally deleted all of my texts I sent to myself, and I do not use the cloud. How do I restore my messages?!!

If you do not sync texts to iCloud (Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Messages=OFF) you can restore a backup that contains those texts to your phone. This will overwrite everything on the phone, however; not just the missing texts.
