Hi,
To leave a group where everyone is using iMessage, follow this guide: Leave a group text message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
If there are people in the group that aren't using iMessage, you won't be able to leave it. However, you can block specific people in the group and delete the conversation to prevent the group from reappearing.
