How do I get my Apple Watch to play music through my AirPods. Music files are on the watch. AirPods are paired with watch. When I select a song on the watch, sound is not coming through the AirPods

Swipe up on the watch face to open up your control panel and make sure that the airplay icon is blue and that your airpods are selected in there.
