I didn’t get the iPadOS 16 update please help me

iPadOS16 is currently a very early “beta” release available only to registered developers. The production release will not be available until later this year.

New major releases of iOS/iPadOS have historically been released during or about September.

It's currently in beta. Wait until the official release.
