Dictation of number words

When I use dictation on my iphone, there are times (such as using it learning German with Duolingo) when I definitely do not want it to replace a word to be replaced with a numeral. Duolingo wants to be sure that I can translate "ten" into zehn, not 10.

How can I force the dictation to use words for numbers?
