Safari does not load pages after updating to Monterrey 12.4

This might have nothing to do with it but since updating to 12.4 Safari is constantly loading pages for minutes or half-hours, refusing to let them load, and when I copy-paste the link to other browsers it works instantly. Java Script is enabled, I have deleted cache and cookies obviously, and it does not happen to all pages, but it's very weird and tiresome.

Hello I have the same problem and tried all the solutions suggested by Apple. None works. The only solution I found is to erase the Safari cache (~/Library/Caches) *and* restart the machine. Looks like a bug to me, never happened before 12.4

I've had this issue recently too. It happens with most pages, and it seems to always be with a site I have to sign into. I've tried all the apple recommendations as well as the one above, and at least for me, the issue is still unresolved. I did not have this problem before the Monterey update.
