I need help ASAP idk why this is happening but I can’t update any of my apps without this popping up.

Hopefully someone was fired over this incredibly useless and problematic error message. How does anyone resolve this when there are no real instructions as to how to fix it? Would it have been so difficult to put a link in the message that would take you to the proper screen or setting that needs to be updated? Would that be so difficult?

I got the owner of the family to update their billing and it still won’t work!
I’m not apart of a family so that’s the problem.
