Can I make a Wi-Fi call to a cellular recipient?
Yes. Just make the call. If your carrier supports Wi-Fi calling, they will connect the call regardless of the method you use to make it.
The call connection will be transparent to you. You just place a call like you do normally. If Wi-fi calling is activated, available and supported by your carrier they will connect the call.
