Airplay
I am using a Macbook Pro 2018. i cant find the airplay

Howdy,
I find AirPlay in System Preferences > Displays > Display Tab > AirPlay Display: (at the bottom).
If you want to see it in the Menu Bar, enable [ √ ] Show mirroring options in the menu bar when available
BTW, if you can't find a setting in System Preferences, try searching for it in the Search field, upper right, like "airplay" :-)
